I have such wonderful amazing friends *sigh*

Which I do not deserve however much they protest.

I am going swimming at lunchtime. Scotch does not do much for my waking-up-early abilities :)

I have decided. People on my friends list must come see my flat soon.

I swam 2520m (annoying 30m pools, grrr)

That was good.

I am going to aim for 3km in an hour by the end of this week.

At least I don't have to feel guilty when eating any more.

I don't have a swimming pic - I guess a rowing one will have to do. My chest is ugly anyway, and my swimming shorts are pink.
