Thanks to the wonders of sleeping on the floor, I got up to go swimming this morning. 60 lengths in around 40-45 minutes, but good because I was mixing strokes and being held up by silly old ladies who should have been in the slow lane :p
My front crawl needs work, it's a bit inefficient. My breast stroke is pretty good (fnar) with a nice strong hand action (fnar fnar) and my back stroke is quite nice too. Butterfly, less said the better.
I'm sure you all wanted to know that. :)
I'm better than last night. I'm deeply worried about people, still, but no longer do I count myself as one of them.
